Information collected

Required name, email address, city and country, selected interests and the date of consent.

Why it is collected

To provide member access, distinguish interests in Djinn & Tone Inc. and Djinn Fizz, and understand where potential audiences for future shows may form. If a regional show later becomes financially viable, local subscribers may be contacted about the budget, production roles and no-charge training opportunities.

Current storage and access

Member registrations are stored within the private website system. A Join submission receives a confirmation email from fans@djinnandtoneinc.com, with a private operational copy sent to djinn@djinnandtoneinc.com. No release or event updates are sent until the email address has been confirmed. Member registrations are not sold to third parties.

Member sign-in

Sign-in codes are sent only to your own email address. They expire after ten minutes. A necessary browser cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days without activity; signing out revokes that session. The site stores hashed session identifiers and temporary records to limit sign-in requests and code attempts.

Before public launch

The final policy will identify the data controller’s complete contact details, the Infomaniak processing arrangement, double-opt-in procedure, retention periods and the process for access, correction, export, withdrawal and deletion.
