When a show becomes possible
When enough members gather in a region and a show becomes financially viable, we will share the real production costs and contact the whole local community. Training is provided without charge, but the training itself is not paid. Anyone who goes on to work on the event will be paid from its proceeds, as will the artist—production work is never requested as voluntary labour.
